Return & Refund Policy JR PrintifyCo

At JR PrintifyCo, we value your trust and make every effort to deliver products exactly as you expect. Most of our items are customized and prepared on order, which means they cannot be returned unless there’s a valid issue such as damage or an incorrect item received.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or replacement within 5 days of delivery only if:

  • The item was damaged during delivery, or
  • The product received is different from what you ordered (e.g., wrong name, design, or a missing item).

To start a return, please send clear photos or a short video showing the issue, along with your order number, through WhatsApp or email.
Requests without valid proof (clear images and a clear reason) will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Since all our products are personalized and made on order, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Customized Jewelry (Name necklaces, pendants, bracelets)
    Return accepted only if there is a spelling or design error by JR PrintifyCo.

  • Acrylic Plaques & Light Base Products
    Non-returnable unless damaged during delivery.

  • Photo Frames & Custom Frames
    Not eligible for return unless damaged upon arrival.

  • Customized Name Plates & Sign Boards
    Non-returnable unless misprinted or damaged.

  • Gift Sets (Corporate or Personal)
    Non-returnable unless a product inside the set is damaged.

  • Custom Wears (T-shirts, Hoodies, Caps, etc.)
    Non-returnable unless the item or design is incorrect.

  • Bulk or Corporate Orders
    Non-returnable unless a damaged item is received.

Customer-Approved Designs

If a product is made according to your provided details, layout, or design approval, it cannot be returned or refunded later, even if you change your mind.
Once a custom design is approved, the order becomes final and non-refundable.

Return Process

  • Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing:

    • The parcel with visible tracking label/order number

    • The unboxing or damaged item highlighting the issue
      (Requests without proper proof or tracking details cannot be accepted.)

  • Mention the reason for return clearly.

  • Once approved, securely send the item back to our address.

  • After receiving and verifying the item, we will process your refund within 5 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and verified.

  • All refunds are processed through bank transfer or digital payment, cash refunds are not available.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) fees, including delivery and return courier charges, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Customers are responsible for return courier charges when sending items back.

  • Refunds are completed within 5 business days after verification.

Important Notes

  • Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging.

  • Orders can be canceled only within 1 hour of placing the order. After that, cancellation isn’t possible because production starts immediately.

  • Customized orders cannot be canceled once production begins.

  • If incorrect details (names, photos, spellings, etc.) were provided by the customer, the order is not eligible for a return or refund.

  • JR PrintifyCo reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
